I was born and raised in Maine and reside in the Portland, Maine region with my family. I hold two college degrees, including a Master of Science in Applied Nutrition, along with certifications as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a Wilderness First Responder. I have a passion for enjoying the beauty Maine has to offer through skiing, hiking, and strolling the beaches, especially in my favorite region of Maine, Acadia National Park.
